Pasco Employees Ratify Contracts

USEP is happy to announce that ratification voting for both the SRP and Instructional contracts was conducted this evening at the USEP office.

On the Instructional contract, out of the 2,617 votes cast, 95% favored the contract. 98% of the 2,043 SRP votes cast were also in favor of the contract. In a year of considerable obstacles due to the worldwide pandemic, we feel this outcome is very fair and equitable. We are very pleased with the results and feel that this is one of the better contract settlements in the state, considering we are a district without a referendum.

USEP would like to thank all the members of our two bargaining teams who donated countless hours over many months in order to achieve this successful conclusion. We would also like to thank the School Board, Superintendent and district staff for working collaboratively to make this contract happen.
