- ALLOWS COLLEGE PRE-PAID TO COME FROM VOUCHER FUNDS

- SCHOOL TURNAROUND OPTIONS
- CHARTER SCHOOL AND HIGH-PERFORMING DESIGNATIONS
- 3RD GRADE RETENTION
- HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION
- TEACHER EVALUATIONS
SB 1310 - RETIREMENT (FRS COLA) - ON AGENDA - SENATE APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE
- RESTORES THE COST-OF-LIVING ADJUSTMENTS THAT WERE REMOVED FROM FRS IN 2011
- EMPLOYEES IN THE FRS PENSION PLAN AND WHO RETIRE OR RETIRED AFTER JULY 1, 2011, SHALL RECEIVE AN ANNUAL COST-OF-LIVING ADJUSTMENT (COLA) OF NOT LESS THAN 2%
- THIS APPLIES TO BOTH THOSE WHO ARE CURRENTLY RETIRED WITHIN THE DATES SPECIFIED ABOVE AS WELL AS THE RETIREMENT OF THOSE WHO ARE STILL WORKING BUT EARNED FRS CREDIT PRIOR TO JULY 1, 2011
